How To: Add or Update Your Hotel Property Photos

Make sure your hotel looks its best

We source hotel photos from a third-party company called GIATA. The thumbnail image and your full gallery are visible to enterprise travel buyers, travelers, and meeting planners throughout the Alō Index platform.

If you are unhappy with your images, you should:

  1. Log in to the platform to upload your own images.

  2. Get in touch with GIATA at hotels@giata.com.

Here's how to add or update your hotel property photos.

Alō submit only users can upload up to 2 images.
